My Journey

Hi! I'm Victoria and I have a very fulfilling life as a housewife and mother, and working outside of the home. But the road I've traveled hasn't always been easy, or successful. Over the years my health has improved dramatically and because of that, my quality of life is getting better every single day! By looking at me you would not believe the many experiences(medically speaking) I've had in just my forty years of living. Trial and error is part of the process, but I'm always learning from my mistakes which can be at times very painful.

I want to share some of my story and the tips that have assisted me to a road of healing.

When began writing my story, my mind was so full of information and thoughts racing around my head. I really don’t know where to begin but I do know that I want to make it very clear that this journey of mine is by far not where I want it to be (speaking in terms of health). I know I have a ways to travel to get where I want to be. I have come so far already from where I was, and I hope to share with you what may help you and would like any suggestions that you may have to offer me as well. I am not a writer so I hope the words flow like I wish them to. I by no means am offering any medical advice. You should always seek your own medical advise from your own medical doctor. What I offer here is information and suggestions that have helped me create a better lifestyle.

I suffer from migraine headaches that are triggered by stress, light and especially fragrances. I have digestion problems which some call IBS. I also have bladder issues which can accompany digestion issues. Last but not least I was diagnosed with retina degeneration just recently.

I am a very high energy, high strung busy bee a lot of the time. So you can imagine how my spirit can by very low at times. So through it all I have developed a stronger faith in Christ and know through the trials I am strengthened everyday.

Day by day we live these filled days with numerous challenges. Whether you are a housewife & mother or a working woman or both. As a woman in this world, we all face situations. Family struggles, job difficulties, health concerns, or just normal life stuff. You may say oh I have a great life. Well, you probably do, but one day there will be one struggle or many that will come your way. You may say yeah, I have struggles, why me? I think we all say those famous words at those very sad times. So, whether you are very financially successful and living life pretty grand. You have to admit, its not all great is it? You may be struggling financially and feeling hopeless with your life. Well, as woman, we all face life with struggles to some degree or another and whether we are in denial or not, we all have problems, of some kind or another, at various times in our lives. One thing that I have learned is that through my life, thick or thin, I wouldn’t be where I am and who I am unless I’d gone through the struggles I have. I also know I’m stronger and I’d like to think wiser as well. I know I have a whole lot to learn and I know I will be even better at living a lifestyle that matches up to my dreams. The things I want to tell you about, are all bits of life experiences that I have had, that I may be able to help you in a struggling area of your life. I also, along the way, have used many recipes for good health that have helped me. I only hope to encourage and share my life, to show you that we are all on the same road, and we are just people helping each other on this earth. Some people I think tend to be more real than others and I know I can be a bit transparent.
